KEYTRUDA QLEX

Indication: Subcutaneous formulation of pembrolizumab, approved across 38 indications spanning melanoma, NSCLC, and numerous other solid tumors.

Clinical Data: Phase 3 trial in treatment-naive metastatic NSCLC: ORR of 45% with KEYTRUDA QLEX vs 42% with IV KEYTRUDA, with no meaningful differences in PFS or OS.

EYDENZELT (aflibercept-boav)

Indication: Biosimilar to EYLEA for wet AMD, macular edema following RVO, diabetic macular edema, and diabetic retinopathy.

Clinical Data: Phase 3 study in DME demonstrated equivalent efficacy, safety, and immunogenicity to EYLEA.

JASCAYD (nerandomilast)

Indication: First new therapy for idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF) in more than a decade. Selective PDE4B inhibitor.

Clinical Data: Two randomized, placebo-controlled trials showed significantly less decline in Forced Vital Capacity vs placebo.

EPIOXA

Indication: First and only epithelium-on, oxygen-enriched corneal collagen cross-linking treatment for keratoconus in patients 13+.

Clinical Data: Two Phase 3 trials met primary efficacy endpoints with favorable safety and tolerability.

LYNKUET (elinzanetant)

Indication: Non-hormonal treatment for moderate to severe menopausal vasomotor symptoms (VMS). Dual NK1/NK3 receptor antagonist.

Clinical Data: OASIS 1 and 2 Phase 3 trials: statistically significant reduction in hot flash frequency/severity, with over 80% maintaining improvement by six months.
