The Site provides information about Expion’s pharmacy benefit and formulary intelligence solutions, and allows visitors to request demos, subscribe to updates, and contact our team. The Site is provided for general informational purposes and does not itself deliver Expion’s software platform or client services, which are governed by separate services agreements.

3. Eligibility and Permitted Use

The Site is intended for business professionals evaluating or working with Expion’s solutions. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms, and not to misrepresent your identity or affiliation when submitting a form.

4. No Protected Health Information

Please do not submit protected health information (PHI) or other sensitive personal health data through any form on this Site, including the “Request a Demo” and contact forms. Any client data processed through Expion’s platform is governed by the applicable services agreement and business associate agreement, not by this Site.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, the Expion Health name and marks, and software, is owned by or licensed to Expion and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may view and download Site content for personal, non-commercial reference only, and may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

Content on the Site is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical, legal, financial, or clinical advice. You should consult qualified professionals before making decisions based on information found on the Site.

7. Third-Party Links
