YUVEZZI (carbachol and brimonidine tartrate)

Indication: First and only preservative-free dual-agent ophthalmic drop approved for presbyopia treatment in adults.

Clinical Data: BRIO I and BRIO II Phase 3 trials showed statistically significant near-vision improvement lasting up to 8 hours.

ADQUEY (difamilast)

Indication: Topical treatment of mild to moderate atopic dermatitis in adults and pediatric patients aged 2+. PDE4 inhibitor.

Clinical Data: Three trials (n=612): IGA success rates 21–47% with ADQUEY vs 3–18% with vehicle.

BYSANTI (milsaperidone)

Indication: Acute treatment of manic or mixed episodes in bipolar I disorder and schizophrenia treatment in adults. Carries Boxed Warning for increased mortality in elderly patients with dementia-related psychosis.

Clinical Data: Significant BPRS/PANSS improvements vs placebo across three schizophrenia trials; significant YMRS improvement in bipolar mania trial (n=392).

LOARGYS (pegzilarginase-nbln)

Indication: Treatment of hyperargininemia in arginase 1 deficiency (ARG1-D), used with dietary protein restriction.

Clinical Data: Randomized trial (n=32): plasma arginine reduced by mean 72% vs placebo at week 24 (P<.0001); 90% achieved target arginine levels vs 0% placebo.
