Scott Dunham helps clients stay ahead of the rules shaping the future of pharmacy. As Director of Regulatory & Legislative Governance at Expion Health, he helps organizations understand evolving federal and state requirements and turn them into practical strategies, operational decisions and stronger governance.

With more than 25 years of managed care experience, Scott has worked across PBMs, health plans and consulting organizations supporting Medicare, Medicaid and commercial markets. That breadth gives him a practical understanding of how regulatory change moves from policy into pharmacy operations and where organizations need to adjust strategy, processes and oversight as a result.

At Expion, Scott brings that regulatory perspective into broader client and business decisions, helping teams account for legislative and policy shifts as strategies evolve. He’s energized by the opportunity to combine regulatory discipline with the innovation, expertise and creativity Expion brings to solving complex pharmacy challenges.

Scott holds a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Arkansas and a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from the University of Pittsburgh. He is also a licensed pharmacist in Pennsylvania and Georgia.
