• Watch out for red flags: Never provide financial information, commit to any payments, or download software during the hiring process. Be suspicious about requests to send sensitive information via text or email instead of secure methods. Legitimate employers like us will never request such actions.
• Trust your instincts: If an interview request or job offer seems too good to be true or raises suspicions, listen to your gut feelings. Research the company thoroughly and cross-reference the information provided. Expion, like most companies, has a thorough vetting process that includes interviews.
